Re: anybody has problems with ur Carbonex 880 Tour I was given two of these rackets from my brother two years ago. I thought they were OK but has been siting collecting dust for the past year or so due to fact I prefer the Aerotus110. End of subjectMay wrote: >
Re: anybody has problems with ur Carbonex 880 Tour You are recieving training are you not? If so, I would think your coach would help you with your technique. I can't stress this fact enough. (technique, and shot timing) In order to smash properly, one must hit the shuttle at the top of your swing point, and snap your wrist just prior to making contact with the shuttle, this gives your shot that extra kick going on it's downward spiral. If you're reading this grab your racquet and try. Practice with slow swings, and watch your arm, and picture the shuttle as you are swinging and about to make contact with it. Also you might want to make sure when you are actually playing, that the shuttle is in front of you, and you've got to move into position in order to put the shuttle in your, what I like to call "optimum power zone" which is in fact just past the 90degree angle, more towards the downward motion, then put the power into the swing, and boom! the shuttle explodes off your strings, and down onto the other person's court faster than you can blink. *ok maybe not quite that fast, but fast enough* Anyways... I hope this helps. Happy smashing!
