no.... it's actually a yonex machine.... by the way i want what model is this.... it came with yonex casing...
at last i know it already...eagnas made this machine for yonex.... http://www.eagnas.com/maxgen2/yst200.html check it out....
both machines work the same, the extra money paid for the advertising & branding. Eagnas modeled it as ST-200, Yonex model would be named the same too.
So, 67% of the cost of the Yonex machine is to cover 'advertising and branding', eh ?? . Who's fooling who here !!!!!!! I call this criminal.
Once a while, I feel I need to defend the Evil Empire even I think they are Evil. Please check out the following link from Eagnas. http://www.eagnas.com/st250.html The price difference between the 2 machine is $359 vs $749. However, please note that Eagnas does not come with the carring case which is $50. Also, the Eagnas dose not include the 4 badminton clamps which value $25 each. In addition to the 2 differences above, YY QC each machine before it is shipped out. The case has specific slot and foam protection for each part. The most important is you do not get the special Eagnas treatments when you return or exchange. So, please ask yourself, is the final price really that much different? If you want to compare apple to apple, please use Alpha Shuttle Express vs YY ST-250.
go to your local fishing shop and get a digital fishing scale like this one. http://www.amazon.com/Berkley-lb-Di...e=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1245856531&sr=8-1 Tie a piece of old string on each each end and you have a good and cheap calibrator.
I would define true setting as follows: if you set the tensioner to 25 lbs, the fishing scale should read 25 lbs +/- 0.20 lbs or less variance one minute after lockout.
