I am very impressed by WX and WSX with the technique and speed they showed in CM. Really fascinating to watch. Kinda reminds me of Susi and Gong Zhi Chao.

Wow, she's impressive. Moves like a ballerina, thinks like a shrewd tactician and executes with the coolness of Bond. With her better-than-TH netplay and her defyingly, deceptive drops, she mentally drains her opponents into losing. Definitely the WS to watch.

In just one year, CHN produces 2 protegy; one 19-yr old WSX in badminton running over WC, WYH, LL (world champion) and WL and another 19-yr old Liu Shi Wen in table tennis running over Guo Yue (WR2 & world champion), Li Xiao Xiao (WR3) and Guo Yan (WR4). Amazing.

    Prodigies are latent.
They only show up and shine when given the opportunities. LYB cannot afford to play favourites because the present crop of CHN WS champions is no ZN material.

WSX is so technically aware (borrowing Gillian Clark's words) on court. Her netplays are incredible, her dropshots are awesome and lifts at the net are so accurate. She is so calm and focused. She is definitely the WS to watch.

Just watched the match... I think she has one of the best shuttle control (technical) among the new breed of CN WS. Excellent footwork as well. The main hurdle will be her stamina.. seems a bit short on breathe. Certainly a player to keep a look out for.

Chinese article about her (someone has time to translate):

    http://sports.sina.com.cn/o/2009-09-...74597948.shtml

something about she started playing badminton because she wanted to lose weight when she was 8 years old and she cried about 1 week when she
had to cut her hair short due to badminton.

CHN is abundant with young WS talents. Sure to be a dominant force for many years to come.

Yup, it's very hard to win titles if LYB won't let them play in tournaments LOL.

so latent that it was LYB who let ZN to play long enough for ZN to peak. If u dunno, it was ZN who wanted quit the team because she thinks she wasn't progressing.

Since u just said prodigies are latent, then why are u expecting SXW and XW to be like ZN material so soon? U contradict yourself as soon as u open your mouth.
