The motif on the head looks like that of Karakal Tattoo.

It was a toss between the Roots Aermet 6900 Boosak Model or this racquet. Decide on this since it is a limited edition. I could always get the Boosak model at a later point in time.

However, the new Boosak version comes in red and yellow now. I prefer the previous one in black and yellow.

Nope haven't use it yet. Just got it strung today with Yonex Cyber 100 strings (0.70mm). This set of strings is even more expensive then the Nanogy 98. In fact, I think its the most expensive in the Yonex line-up.

I might have a game tomorrow. Gonna test it together with my newly acquired Mizuno Tetracross 700.

looks very nice. just wondering, is it actually stiff, or is it really flexible, like gosen's other limited edition racket, the olympic one?

The flex stated on the shaft is 'medium hard'. My initial feel and just swinging in the air is it is flexible.. compared to my Yonex racquets. I haven't had a chance and never seen the olympic limited edition.

Just curious. I see the cone says "Gosen Japan", but they never tell where is the racquet made. Is it made in Japan since it's a Anniversary LE. And the racquet looks very "bling"...:D:D

That's a pretty good looking racket. I'm waiting for your feedback on the racket. So where did you buy it and how much was it?

For those visiting or based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, you can check out the Gosen Roots Aermet Platinum at Hongly badminton store. I was quoted RM500/S$206/USD140 for the racquet.

These Roots Aermet series is slightly different from the Japanese market Aermet 6000 and 5500.

    Burgundy/Yellow colour scheme

New Burgundy/Yellow colour scheme goes well together. The previous version of Black/Yellow looks good too. Wonder is there any difference between the two versions besides cosmetics.
