Has anyone ever thought of/used a weight vest/belt while training? I was thinking doing shadowing or maybe some easier singles games (don't want to overstress knees) while wearing these. Any thoughts?
i have ankle weights which i normally use. Havnt used them in a while though. Vest/waist belts arent very effective i didnt like the feel of it at all. Whereas the ankle weights were fantastic.
We use weight west occationally at the club for training.. It is very good training, but you better keep good posture and don have any problem with overstressing your body, as this is the point. I would not reccomend it if you have any sort of pain in knees, back etc. /Twobeer
