I don't think Meiliana Jauhari/Shendy Puspa Irawati can beat Gao Ling/Wei Yili. Well, if they really do, then it's really good for them and it does mark some real progress for the Pelatnas pair.

Meanwhile, it's high time Hendra Aprida Gunawan/Alvent Yulianto Chandra win a title. AG hasn't won any GP title yet, while Alvent has been starving for titles since 2004, despite some near misses in the past 2 years. If Bona Septano/Mohd Ahsan do win this one, then, they have proven that they do have a future in the first-team and will probably be motivated to win more titles in the GP Gold & SS levels. A win-win situation for both pairs.

After this week, Bona/Ahsan is guaranteed to climb up to no 7 in WR, below the top 6 pairs (Kido/Hendra, Koo/Tan, Paaske/Rasmussen, Jung/Lee, Boe/Mogensen, Fu/Cai).

Rian/Yoke will return back to no 12, while AG/Alvent will go up to at least no 17 if they lost today. If they win, then, they will be no 15, with 2 tourneys to spare.

..let's see if Wang Xin can do something her compatriot failed to do y'day vs. Zhou Mi.
Wang Xin is playing so effortlessly, reading Zhou Mi's shots and controlling the tempo.
suetyan, who is Wang Xin's coach again?(the tall one with long hair)?..
