I just watched a sports programme on CCTV4, featuring the Chinese Badminton Team undergoing training in Qingdao. Some info I hope I remembered correctly. - Chinese male players warm up by playing indoor soccer (Cai Yun was interviewed, saying it helps to improve their agility, and they also like playing). - Wang Yihan sprained her right ankle, but received immediate medical attention (Should be fine). - Lin Dan is using 30-31 lbs for his racket. Du Jing around (34-35 lbs). Recommeded tension for male social players is around (22-26 lbs) and for female social players around (20-24 lbs).
