What racquet weight, grip size, and tension do you guys prefer?

I prefer the mainstream 3U ^^;
G5 b/c my hands are puny for a teenage asian
and strung at a reasonable 23 pounds.

I have no clue how that could possibly help you...

I'd say 35% of the market has a 3U, 35% a 4U, and 20% a 2U and 10% a 5U or U.
about 50% has a G4, 30% a G5 and 20% a G3.
and tension will get you in the 18-35lbs range...
asking everybody what they'll have will get you nowhere
