Thanks for the vote of confidence but there's in reality nothing can be truly perfect. Even if it is in one person's eyes, it's not in another. So everything is relative.

I will say, we'll do the best we can to accommodate any questions, comments, concerns and potential problems that may arise.

We haven't worked out the exact logistics in other countries but in a nutshell, yes, if there are any defects the country of purchase will handle the RMA.

We hope to minimize manufacturring defects as each racket is carefully inspected at least fours times:

    1) First by the manufacturer

    2) Then again before it ships to us

    3) Once here, we inspect (this will be the most meticulous and timing consuming)

    4) Final inspection when the racket ships to the customer.

Any chance for the BC version of the rackets (if it is happening) to be available to those in Aus?

There hasn't been any further discussion about a BC version. But it can happen quite easily.

The rackets will be available worldwide except to Italy and a few other countries that are a major headache when it comes to customs clearance.

    *sigh*

Customs = delay = July 10th-ish receipt of rackets.

Good news! The rackets are here.

It's 12:43am and Panda's off to SGVBC to test the rackets to make sure they are comparable to the prototypes. More info in a few hours.

In the mean time, here are the actual production rackets. Sorry for the bad pictures, Panda took them real fast...got to get on SGVBC.

I think somewhere in the thread the special BC edition would look something like bamboo on the shaft and the leaves on the frame?

    And those rackets look HOT!

Sure, there will either be a distributor in SG or you can buy direct.

OK, time to get some sleep and then I need to string a bunch of rackets and be back at SGVBC around 8pm.
How much will they cost in the UK? Is it just a direct conversion from the US prices you posted?

Panda - first thing I want to say is - WOW! these rackets have an amazing paint job.

I really want to purchase both .

But first I have to get a Zelm racket , but straight after - I am defintly getting both of these as soon as I can.

Do you know when we can possibly get our hands on them in the UK?
