Hi im new to this forum and im looking for a racquet. A teacher of mine and also my coach recommended that i get the BK 856 Rapier BE. Could you tell me what type of player should be able to use this. Its advantages and disadvantages. I am sorry if my question might be a little broad and correct me if i am wrong at anything anywhere. Thank you for the advice/guidance.
Black Knight, I guess it is popular in Canada, but in UK? Also Ahmed, what type of player are you? Go google for us some specs of the racquet, then at least we could theoritize about the racquet
Here are the specs to the racquet, i googled many places and this what i came up with. Frame: HMG, C4, with Beryllium mesh. Competition Grip handle. String: Ashaway Rally 21 String Tension: 18-24 lbs(the black night website says only 18 lbs but i am going for overall) Rigidity (RF): 85 AFW: 85 grams Area: 363 sq.cm. Overall length: 67 cm. Designed for: Advanced club players to intermediate tournament players. Characteristics: The RAPIER Be combines an over sized head with light weight and innovative Beryllium mesh to deliver great control with rapid response and head speed. My approach was that i would get information of what type of player should use this racquet and if that fits me than i would buy it. My playing style is control. I move the player around. My technique on smashes and clears is well developed. i play recreational and also that of tournaments (school team). If anything else is needed please let me know Thank you
heres the specs and info from their site http://www.blackknight.ca/products.php?id=31 from what black night says its for advance players to national players
