Hello, i have just bought a racket from Ebay for £20 from Hong Kong at first i thought this was very cheap but i thought of the price conversion from GBP to HK dollars which was a lot so i thought it seemed fine.

I am not so sure of this racket because of the strings, it does not have the yonex symbol-its custom made but it had this as the image when it was selling, so i was wondering if you can tell from pictures if its fake or not. Secondly, i read that the serial number has the be laser etched on and when i feel the serial numbers i can actually 'feel' them and not like a muscle power series one which when i rubbed my finger of the numbers i pretty much felt nothing. I was also wondering about the stickers of authentication, i am aware that conterfeiters can copy these but i would also like everyones opinion on this, also one of the seals of approval is actually part of the racket which i thought was meant to be a sticker it is the PSBI logo but im still not sure.

If anyone would like some more photos to see if it is fake please tell me.

If everyone can review this racket i would appreciate all your help.

It's "DDMMY" not "DDMMYY" by the way although it's still a fake.

the nano 9900 goes for at least 1200 HKD, and that's a pretty good deal. Even with the UK conversion rate, 20pounds would only fetch around 250 HKD, 5 times lower than the minimum market price. when a deal is that good, and it's on eBay, i'd say 99.9% of the time is too good to be true.

even if the racquet is real and the seller got it as a gift. why would he sell it at a price 5 times cheaper than the market.
