Thanks for the answers. Has anyone used zymax 70 or can anyone compare the zm 70 with the zm 67? Which one would play best at +- 21 lbs in a voltric 5?

I am currently using the factory string (bg 55) and hit quite hard. I have no trouble hitting from baseline to baseline.

You almost always have to string thicker string tighter to make it feel similar to thinner string.

So means I have to minus the tension? To get the current feeling?

As you've quoted dink. String a thicker string tighter to make it feel the same. It works in reverse.

Would it be better to use ZM 70 than ZM 67 if you use both plastic and feather shuttles or is ZM 67 a lot better and will it also last a long time with plastic shuttles when it isn't strung very high (+- 21 lbs)?
I've seen 67 snap at low tension due to friction between moving strings. If you gave me your racquet I'd give you 22lb zm70 to try. Good luck.

Thanks, does zm70 move less or is it just better because it's thicker?

Better durability due to being thicker and also a better match for bg55. In my opinion!

I tried 62 it was good but it was so easy to snap the string after hard smash. Next time I will go 65 or 67

What tension? one hard smash shouldn't have done that much damage; a break isn't thaaat easy surely

Depends entirely on the tension and strength of the smasher - at 29lbs it starts to get very very brittle...

The newer 62 is a lot more durable than the first gen though. That one was pretty expensive to play with....I remember having to re-string 5 rackets one week

Ime, ZM62 is the fastest string to snap. It was only strung @24 lbs. Am using ZM65 @26/28 lbs currently n its durability is better but not by much...
