    hello all,

    do any of you know if there are any youth badminton tournaments going on over the summer around the GTA?

    Theres a KW tournement coming up
    35 one event, 45 for 2
    ABCD tournement; feather mixed and doubles
    check it out on oba website?

    Yup, that KW tournament is a fundraiser tournament for Charles Pyne who has his goal set on 2012 Olympics.

    haha really?

    Unless he gets dramatically better in the next couple years he wont even get past qualifying stages if he plans to go.

    To even make the Olympics as a stunning achievement in itself. I don't believe he's gunning for Lin Dan in the Finals, but I hope he gets there. He is pretty damn good.

    How old is Charles anyways? I think his chance is slim if he can't even get pass the first round in US open. :(
