Hello there, I'm a decent/intermediate level badminton player that's been playing for about 2 years. I've been wondering if weight training would help me improve my game further as I personally would say my footwork and techniques for forehand are good. But, the only thing I can't do at the moment are backhand clears... um.. overall endurance wise I'm set, but i'm physically weak
to answer it simply. Yes weight training will help alot. As long as its muscle strength training and not muscle size training. For future referance use the search function before posting because this topic has been discussed many many times.
