Pulled a Muscle!

    Hi,

    A couple days ago , I pulled a muscle by overtraining. The pain struck me today , as I find it hard to walk etc.

    I am seeing a doctor soon , about a couple of my injuries.

    The injury is located on my left leg , behind the knee - when I extend it I can feel pain.

    Any helpful advice , as how I can help it to recover? I am resting , as I don't want to make it worse!

    hmmm im not sure kriss...behind the knee as in the knee itself or on the back of your leg???

    If its the knee itself then theres a serious problem...otherwise for simple strains you just need to rest for a week or more and see how it pulls up..

    Recovery is quickened if you ice the problemed area twice aday for about 15 minutes each time. But go see a doctor and get it checked out.
