that is cheap. Hmm, i'm tempted to buy a reel just to try it out lol. But.. i need to string more racquets first to pay off the machine :(

I wouldn't mind putting an order in right away but just the thought of the length of time it takes for Canadian customs to clear goods really puts that idea off :(

I just saw that item on MBS as well. Has anybody tried kason c-62? If it's anywhere close to good, I'm definitely buying a reel :p

For a 200m reel, I think that price is just unbeatable. If price is not a concern, I think most of us will opt to stick with Yonex :)

Yeah, my hopes aren't too high for the strings as far as quality is concerned, but you never know. The cheapskate in me wants to buy them, but the logical thinker in me says it will be a waste of money because I won't actually use them, since the quality won't be that great :p.

i have a reel of 20 year old black knight strings. Yes, i'm aware black knight doesn't even make strings anymore lol. I'm pretty sure they r better then that at least lol.

uh... no lol. i used the string to learn how to string. I strung some ultra cheap racquets at 16lbs. They don't hold tension very well at all. Something i found interesting though, all the racquets i strung with them.. they all broke... without being used!! I got my machine in may, but didn't start till july. All 4 racquets i did all snapped at random points. I'm tempted to get these kasons to replace that reel as i rather not waste some yonex strings on some school racquets.
