Tago as a prospect interests me. His style is very interesting and loose with a lot of backhand shots, at least that's how it looks to me. It would seem him along with Chen Long are the premier young talents on the tour right now, with Chen Long having the advantage for now. To me, Chen Long looks special, very special; a talent who will surely see major success throughout his career. Do you guys feel that Kenichi will be able to compete and find success in this era of of LCW and LD and surely soon, CLong?

Wishing Tago all the best at the Olympics!
Even though he will be coming up against some of the other players I admire so much, I cannot deny I want Tago to go all the way to the finals, if he can find a way.
After all, he is one of the flagbearers of the next generation once the current top 4 walk away. He needs to feel right at home at the top.
He undeniably has the talent. I hope and pray the Olympics 2012 shows us he also, finally, has the temperament.

A full stop for Tago's run in 2012 London OG. He lost unexpectedly to Srilankan No.1 MS who is no other than Niluka Karunaratne. What worst from this defeat is that Tago himself do not know why he lost it, hopefully from video and inputs from coaches he would learn something to become stronger at 2016 Rio OG. Perhaps leaving his Arcsaber Z Slash and change to VTZF, .

The pre-condition for Tago is to turn full-time professional, nobody by today's standard can afford to be a part-time pro to make it at or near the top. Yes,he has the talent to go farther.
