Agripinna Prima is a son of Sigit Pamungkas { Kido/Hendra's coach)...he had been studying in Singapore for many years...SBA had offered him a chance to join but he declined as there was not enough sparring partner....went back to Inbdonesia, just to focus Badminton and he did well in INA circuit...
His style is a biot unique and I can say his play is suitable for double...

Not too bad for Singapore with finalists in 8 events.

    Good luck guys and gals.

Thailand is by far the strongest with 12 finalists and at least 2 titles - BSU17 and BSU15, already in the bag, followed by Indonesia with 9.

It is also good to see Taiwan (GDU19 and BDU17), Philippines (BDU11) and HongKong (GSU13) represented in the finals as well.

    Altogether, there are 18 events.

    Team INA won 5 titles:
    GD-U13 - Lya Ersalita/Ruselli Hartawan

    GS-U17 - Dian Fitriani

    GD-U17 - Shella Devi Aulia/Anggia Shita Awanda

BD-U19 - Subhan Hasan/Agripinna Prima -- they do not disappoint me!

GD-U19 - Eri Octaviani Adriyana/Dian Fitriani -- Dian Fitriani won 2 titles and she is technically only U17!

Surprisingly, INA is dominant in GD, winning in 3 out of the 4 events!

Team SIN - 5 titles (3 of them in GS)
Team THA - 4 titles (3 of them in BS)
    Team MAS - 1 title
    Team PHI - 1 title
    Team HKG - 1 title
    Team TPE - 1 title

Not bad...not bad at all for our Juniors!

    It's Jia Min Yeo.

This kid never ceases to amaze me!
She hasn't lost a thing in the last year

She just won the Cheers 2009 GS-U13.
And now the GS-U11 here... and in straight sets all the way!

A lot of people are now running around taking the credit for her victories
Luckily, this forum has on record her incredible climb to the top...
...and the coach to applaud is former Singapore international Tan Eng Han!

These results are showed that we have many future double players, still lack of promising Single players.

actually I thought Shella Devi Aulia/Anggia Shita Awanda played in the wrong age group... they looked older and were much bigger in size than Eri Octaviani Adriyana/Dian Fitriani

    Who is Rudy's grandson?
I thought some of them went to the US for further studies?

BTW this Robin Gonansa must be from INA?

..you guys meant his son and daughter, both of whom i knew & who went for study in the U.S. several yrs back?? He only has 1 son & 1 daughter and both are several yrs younger than me. I doubt, even if Rudy H. has grandkids, they are of elementary school age.
