Giddy spells?

    Experiencing slight giddiness like after 20 minutes of game play(Even during perioids when I was at my fittest)? Anyone know why? :confused:

    dehydration??? do u keep your fluid levels up as much as possible?? also could be a lack of oxygen to the brain from not breathing properly....a number of different things. Blood flow problem??

    Hard to tell unless u get it checked out by a professional.

    As above make sure your taking in enough water.

    Also it could be the venue? Are you playing on a new court? Hows the lighting (some courts have given me really bad head aches before) whats the air conditioning like? Is there a lot of air flow or is it enclosed and stuffy?

    Could also be nutrition - whats your diet like?
