Since Yonex is the No.1 brand in badminton, with relatively little competition and its heavy over-pricing, I never thought it was likely that after I sent back my completely bent and broken AT600, I would get a replacement. But fortunately, I was wrong. Bizzarely, this is what happened to my AT600 after playing a backhand block: So I sent it back rather skeptically for a replacement. After a week later I was called back to the shop and was greeted with this: I am pleased at Yonex's surprisingly generous customer service! I wonder if this is a one-off?
Well I sent it back to a Yonex authorised dealer where I bought it from and they sent it back to "Yonex HQ".
Congratulations! I guess your previous AT600 must have had some manufacturer's defect. The damage break is just shocking, considering you didn't have much of a high tension string on the frame.
Must give double up to the shop who go all out to assist u to claim warranty. As as i understood from a sports shop, it all depends on the dealer's effort to assist us to forward the claim Rather surprise u are able to get a replacement so quick for just after a week I personally always support buying originals than clones This incident may indicate we should buy original and buy from a shop like the one he bought from whom will give the superb after sales service Thumbs up
if the shop is your friend, then it's easy, other wise the process is pretty long and tedious. Shop has more money/power than individuals for this kindda stuff.
I went to claim my NanoSpeed 9900 just today, my racket just bent and snapped in the middle of it...:crying:...I hope Yonex is going to get me a replacement....
For the US i think it's 1 year, however alot of people reported up to 3 no question asked. We pay premium for yonex rackets here in the US though, the top models are 200-250 each.
oh what US is 1 year. man Canada is a rip off we only have a 6 month warrenty and we pay around 200 to 300 for the top models.
