Another Newbie

Hello guys

Ive been lurking for a few weeks and so thought it best to come say hi

Im Nicki from Cornwall , almost 30 and a girly .

Complete newbie to badminton , while on holiday last month me and the other half had a go and I loved it . We were just messing round but it seriously kicked my butt .

Im a big girl so as well as great fun , taking this up may help shift some baggage

..Glad you've stumbled across this forum. Is badminton also considered a "backyard" sport in the UK?
