    Hi,
I was selling 2 yonex t-shirts on ebay, that i honestly bought from an authorised yonex distributor, the t-shirts are W7811 and W7831. They are from the 2008-2009 brochure.

    http://www.mauricerobinsonsports.com/Admin/pics/W7811.jpg
the W7831 is a white version of the same shirt.

Some fella asked me if they had 'serial numbers' on a label, either near the hem or on the side.

Now, these shirts i am selling have NOT got these, and the fella came back with 'They are fakes'!

What i dont understand is, if they are, why would this local distributor risk in selling counterfiet goods??

Has anyone else had this sort of confusion before?? because im lost

Yeah, there are fake yonex clothing out there.

Yeah you should ask. I bought a Yonex dry shirt and it has a sunrise sticker and all, with model no. and a barcode with numbers and letters. Not sure whether that's the store's barcode or Yonex's since it's a sticker.

Er.. I thought the shirt tags only had the shirt model? There isn't a serial number on the shirt itself? Hmm.

if you know you bought it at an authorized store, then it must be real. don't mind him too much, he probably doesn't know crap.

yeah the guy doesn't know what he's talking about. especially with a statement like, "it's pretty standard on yonex items". i wouldn't be surprised if you tried selling him a racket and he claimed that it was a fake because there was no serial number on the racket cover. :p

lol, he asked me if i bought them off of a particular person on ebay, he said that he bought a shirt from them, and said it was also fake.

Do you reckon he'll be looking for a long time to find a 'genuine' shirt, with a label that doesn't exist?! lol bless him

    :p :D
