Places to Play in Mumbai (Bandra to Andheri)

Hi sands,

I would like to join a group and place to play Badminton , smwhr in andheri.. Are u guys playing these days?

yes we do play regularly. Unforunately the courts at anderi sports complex are wet due to water leakage from the cieling. I am not sure if the authorties are doing anyting to fix this. The courts are badly maintained. We are looking for an alternative place to play.....any suggestions

I would be in Mumbai for around 14days,from the 10th to the 24th of Apr,was wondering if I could join up for badminton in the mornings.Level of play would be in the expert region I guess.I stay in IC Colony(Borvli-w).Would appreciate if I could join up any of you.thanks

Hi Ranjit,
If you are staying at IC colony then Mandepeshwar Club is close to you and good place to play Badminton. They have two indoor wooden courts. I play at Country Club located at Kandivali W. I normally during evening hours. GBS

I reside in Chembur and even i faced the same problem of exorbitant membership fees, and they dont even allow guests to play unless you can get a member to accompany you.

I am an intermediate doubles player, and would like to join with you, if you have found an alternate option. It is really frustrating just to be able to find a place to play.
