Badminton shoes for treadmill?

    Hi, I was wondering if you could actually use badminton shoes to run on the treadmill? thanks.

    i don't see why not, although you can get shoes that give more support.

    i would not reccomend it. Court shoes are juts for that purpose. To be used on COURT.

    For more straight line running you need good cushioning and stability shoes such as Asics or Brooks runners depending on your foot shape.
    Badminton shoes dont have a great deal of support so long distance running in them is only going to cause troubles for your feet.

    Which will lead to other problems such as shin splints, collapsed arches etc etc etc.

    Buy some decent runners for running and use your court shoes for on court ;)

    thanks Jafffa and bradmyster for your reply's. it really helped a lot. Yeah I was just considering running with badminton shoes because I thought you could adjust to it. guess it not that comfortable. :p
