    Default Strained glutes?

    I think I strained my muscle on my right glutes, it hasn't been painful for the past 3 weeks until today, i cant lunge forward nor can i shuffle backwards without feeling the pain! what should i do?

    Maybe take a long rest (no physically demanding activities), and make sure you stretch the muscles in that area as well.

    A sports massage may help if you are really tight in that area
