I am just wondering if you guy have any special diet/supplement for badminton. Besides eating a big ass bowl of rice :D, what is your number of meal, quantity, type of food, etc.

My regular diet is 50% rice and mostly (50%) chicken. I don't eat red meat because I am afraid of mad cow disease. I snap on taco chip for fiber and I take cod fish oil for joint lubrication.

My diet is: Don't eat at all before practice. (I do have 4-5 hrs of practice on Fri and Sat)

Before the games, I basically don't eat or, eat just a little bit. I know this not apply to everyone, but just my habbit.

I usually either eat a small meal of rice, veggie, and chicken an hour before if I got the time. If not, I'll just grab couple pieces of bread or some cookies. Most important thing would probably be water. I sweat a lot so dehydration can be a big problem sometime, don't want to get cramps in the middle of a match.

High carbohydrate foods before for energy, high protein foods after for rebuilding.
