Practice with a tennis racquet. Do wrist swing with it.

I guess I should say that don't swing until your wrist falls off of your forearm. :D :D

Just enough so you can feel you get a workout.

Hey people, haven't you heard the phrase "no pain, no gain"? :D :D

So stop whining and start hurting yourselves. :D :D

Another thing you can do is to use a lighter (female version) tennis racquet and play badminton with it. I saw my coach doing that once with his young daugther.

No pain, no gain? Yeah, but I never agreed with it. Come on, I'm still a student with lots of essays to write.

You can use a child-size tennis racquet too :D . Then again, just look for squash racquets, heavier than badminton, lighter than tennis.

Child size-racquet so light, might as well use my badminton racquet.
