hmm, hold your racquet and use your wrist to form figures of 8. Then start swinging your arms. lol. people are gonna think you look mad.
see ppl swing w/ racquet cover on, do weights, swing racquetball or squash racquet, swing steel badminton racquet. etc....
I guess I should say that don't swing until your wrist falls off of your forearm. Just enough so you can feel you get a workout. Ben
tennis way.... i love to use my father's tennis racquet to train my wrist!!!!!!!! altough it can spraine my wrist easily but that the fastest way !!!
Re: tennis way.... Won't it sprain your wrist? LAst time I did that I couldn't write my essay properly.
Hey people, haven't you heard the phrase "no pain, no gain"? So stop whining and start hurting yourselves. Another thing you can do is to use a lighter (female version) tennis racquet and play badminton with it. I saw my coach doing that once with his young daugther. Ben
No pain, no gain? Yeah, but I never agreed with it. Come on, I'm still a student with lots of essays to write.
You can use a child-size tennis racquet too . Then again, just look for squash racquets, heavier than badminton, lighter than tennis.
