Yonex grip powder spray only for towel grips?

I recently bought a can of the Yonex Grip Powder Spray in trying to combat my sweaty hands after 5-10 minutes of play. When my friend saw me spraying my hand during a game, he told me that the powder spray should be used only with a towel grip (I have Yonex super grap on all my rackets).

Is this true? Should the powder only be used in conjunction with a towel grip?

I never used powder spray but last time I saw someone does at the club, it was with a normal grip, not towel.

not sure about spray but i used grip powder before and it worked very well with just about any overgrip.

It is because synthetic grip is tacky/sticky while towel is not perhaps .....

Whatever works for you. If you win matches with spray on your leg and loss if you don't, just use it.

Just be careful your legs don't get stuck together when you do a jump smash

hi dude, i don think so it only for towel grip....i ever used it for PU and even leather grip...i serve the purpose..

i have one box of the spray , hehe it suits me better...
