so how can you tell when buying a 2nd hand racquet whether it's an original.
presumably the seller can get a fake one and give you the orignal paper cover and you'd never know the difference.
doesn't seem very safe to me.

LN N55 Flame
Ok, after more than a month getting this gem and using it for more than 40 hours of play, here is the existing status of my N55.
Drum roll........
The racket bag. I kinda like it as the color stands out. Can fit only 3 rackets though.
I also noticed that not everyone get this bag when they buy N series racket. Seems that only within China u get this bag with the racket.
The racket after more than 1 month use. Yes, i re-string it and change the tape already (compare with my photos previously posted in this thread)
Angle shot hehehe
Last shot.
Overall this racket is now my personal favourite (for now). The smash, net play, defence, flat shots, overhead clears are solid with this racket, once you get used to it.
Suitable for both singles and doubles play.
Cheers

I think the weights of both rackets (N50 & N55) are similar from the specifications (W3: 85 - 89g); whereas the balance point for the N55 is higher than the N50 (N55 @ 295mm comparing to N50 @ 290mm), meaning the N55 is indeed more head heavier than the N50. What this translate is that the N50 is designed more of a double specialist racket and the N55 is more suited for single games (tckang had also commented that the N55 is one hell of a double games racket as well).

Thats right. In fact one of the Chinese National Team doubles (i think it's the women pair, one of them) is using N55. To me N55 is suitable for both doubles and singles. What N50 lacks at the smahing power in the back court is complemented by the N55.
Just my own opinion.

Bro: i dont agreed with u , if so fu haifeng should be using n55 and not N50

For that i don't know. N50 is developed based on Fu Hai Feng's input, as mentioned by Li Ning.
As per what i said, this is my personal feel and experience of using the N55, as compared to the N50 (which i also tested before i decided to purchase the N55).
So, whether why Fu Hai Feng use N50 and not N55, it really is HIS choice. But his choice does not mean it has to be everyone's choice and also does not mean N50 is better than N55 in doubles.
To me N55 really can cover up the lack of smahing power at the back court as compared to the N50. The rest, they are almost identical, hence both are same price and under the same Flame series.
So, it is personal opinion, like i stressed above, and i hold onto mine.
Cheers

Yes, I agree it's more of a personal choice for FHF to use the N50, since, I honestly think he could probably play just as well using the N55 (or whatever racquet he's comfortable with).
