Exercise ?????

    Try doing the four corner run. First you start at the center of the court where the "T" is. Then you randomly pick a corner and pretend that you are returning a shot. Try to extend as far as you can to cover all the distance.

    Do this for 1 minute and see how many times you can reach the corners. The point of this exercise is to train the footwork and get used to the sudden change of direction.

    I found that covering my backhand corner with overhead shot is very difficult. But I know it is impossible for my to hit anything with my backhand when I am over extended so it is worth it to try the overhead shot.
