I sent them e-mail requesting yy flying clamps 2 weeks ago and a follow-up mail last week and nothing happened. This is quite different from last year when I placed my first purchase with them. Anyone knows ?
You know what, I was thinking about this earlier so I'm glad you made this thread. I emailed them to request a new catalogue (my previous copy got pretty much destroyed when a drinks bottle leaked in my racket bag that the catalogue happened to be in) and still haven't had a response. I'd imagine my email was sent about 2 weeks ago as well. Have you tried phoning them? I haven't as yet because I'd rather avoid it TBH - I find them much more helpful when you communicate via email as opposed to over the phone.
I found them more helpful over the phone! It is the start of the new badminton season in the UK, maybe they're become a bit overwhelmed with orders? I hope everything is ok with them, I was planning to order some grips and string next week and they were very helpful over summer.
I get the impression that W&D actually LIKE being phoned - Frances is an absolute delight. They always bend over backwards to help me - just pick the phone up, people.
