    Hello every BCers,

It's been a month my badminton season started and I've been playing 10-12 hours a week with about 8 hours of training while the rest is mostly social play. Unfortunately, I've started to feel pain to what seems to be the Extensor digitorum longus (www.nlm.nih.gov/.../ency/imagepages/17238.htm) and I wonder if anyone has experienced such pain. I really wonder what could cause this pain so I could actually fix my movement to be less demanding in that area (because imo it probably is a flaw in my footwork or in landing after a jump).
So could anyone enlighten me about my problem?

    Thanks for your time

i have the same problem with you, i feel pain there since i start training back from the summer. my coach tell me that the pain here is from the lactic acid that muscles explode in training, and the only way to stop the pain is to take rest and put some ice there after tha training.

if anyone knows any other solution about our problem please make a post!!!

p.s mikgc yous foot have the normal curve or is flat?

My foot has the normal curve so it shouldn't be related to that.
