am I considered as an adult? I am 21 this year. I have represented my district before. So, I am an ex MSS Negeri player. Mine is MSSPK (Majlis Sukan Sekolah Perak), back in 2005. Between, I want to ask what's the purpose for this?
Lol ! until Keong explain, we can only assume that he is looking for strong players to play with. If not, why is he posing this thread in "place to play/Local event"? Maybe wanna organize event just for strong players..... (guessing)
aiyo! firstly, just for everyone's convenience in identifying a list of old boys who had served his school or district. i noticed from other threads that it was difficult to term average, intermediate, or whatever. some videos did not properly gauge the levels of play. some played like not they talked, vice versa. some organized "audition sessions" to find "same-level" playing partners. i say tak payah lah. by declaring if one is MSSD, or MSSN is enough to tahu lebih kurang of one's standard. it will also be good to know the period of representation. about play, we will see to it when the list sufficiently allows for a team event (3 singles and 2 doubles). this was the format we played right?
err..... i almost serve national. but i am hardly to get the shuttle over the net and into the opponent's court. state representative but sit at bench to cheer only. my level = beginner. MSSDaerah 1. keong2 (in early 90's) 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. MSSNegeri 1. drifit - the beginner (80's & 90's) 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. now, is there any price for me?
Treat me nasi lemak first!!! I cant represent school right now since my school didnt make selection to present for school , so next year , I already had a friend(senior) and we will request teacher to make one(selection) . To be true , I can play for school or even high level , everyday I train to be a badminton player , if still teacher dont want to make selection , I will definately change to other school!! And I am school boy btw , just want to luahkan perasaan over here
Because , in my school , they only approve student who is good in academic , so there is less people that is good in sport . And in my school , I make the muscular record for the school sport test ... There arent many student that is good in sport in my school .. And yeah , I dont like my school ..!! or higher level?just estimation hihihi
Oic... just estimation but nowadays lot of good players come with good brain as well. Nicol David is one good example... By the way, how accurate is ur estimation? 91%
I was never good enough to represent my skool o district o state but I have represented MSia in International Open Tournament? So where do i stand?
Hahaha ... Player nowadays need to have self confidence .. I believe in (100%) in myself ... How my accuracy , this one I cant be confident ... But , you can consider it as average(your guess) for now ..
hey guys, there will not be any background check. put your name in either column. this is what i am saying that too many assumptions on one's game ie. average, intermediate, advanced, amateur international, etc. let's create a data bank of us BCers' based on MSSD, and MSSN. i say it is sufficient. former nationals and back-ups, that's another story.
for students, there are plenty of age group tourneys to participate. get student tournament information from the education and sports ministries to find out more.
