stiff racket with lower tension and medium flex racket with high tension

    1.does stiff racket with low tension(22-24) do any harm to elbow,arm and wrist for a player with a weaker hand? such as yonex at900p,at900t,ti-10,ns9000s, apacs tantrum 200

    2.does medium flex racket with high tension(25 to 30) do any harm to elbow,arm and wrist for a weaker hand? such as yonex arc7,victor sw36,bs09

    so for player lacking of power with weaker hand get option 1 rackets or option 2?

    so for player with strong hand should get option 1 or 2?

    i think both would hurt a player without proper technique. if you are trying to get a more forgiving racket, a more flexible racket with a lower tension is prebably best.

    a stronger player will probably figure it out for themselves.
