Sorry Lee HJ is using SW35 indeed. From first glance it look like BS11 only when see closely I realised my mistake.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with the SW35 compared to the ol' trusty PowerWaves 11 (PW11) ?? Like balance, stiffness, etc.?

Got my SW35. I am drawn to this stick since it is stiff and more headheavy and of course the good look. Finally, I get to buy the racket and had 1 session with it. Mine is 4U string with BG80 26lbs. For me, SW35 is a good combination of power and manouverability. I have to stress that mine is 4U. The store did not have 3U SW35 in stock so I tried 3U SW36. I feel that it is way too heavy considering the headheaviness of both rackets. And for sure, 3U SW35 will be more demanding than SW36 due to the more stiffness. So I opt for the 4U.

SW35 is stiff. The handle is short similar to ArcZ / TI-10. Shaft is slim profile. Headheaviness is slightly less than AT900T.

Now we'll go to the review.
Backcourt lobs are easy, sometimes I overhit as I was still adjusting to the racket head heavyness. On defence, it is not bad at all. Returns are decent. It is not as manouverable compared to head light rackets (e.g. the Yonex NS series). But decent anyways. I had no problem returning smashes so far. Net plays was good. no problems with it.
The best feature of the stick is the power. Ooh, the stick packs a punch. I can hit hard smashes with ease and it feels that the bird flew faster.

Overall:

Power : 9.5
Defence : 8.5
Manouverable : 8.5
Durability : N/A

This is a racket for backcourt player who loves to smash. I recommend this for singles or backcourt double player.

was thinking of a 4u SW35 but decided on 3U SW36 instead. How stiff compared to a at900t? Won't get mine till the new year.

Compared to SW36, at900t is stiffer IMO. I'd say stiffness is about the same for SW35 and AT900T.

Please look more closely, I said SW36 is less stiff than AT900T. SW35 is similar to AT900T.
AT900T is slightly more headheavy than SW35 IMO. Barely noticeable though.

The retail price is 4200 baht (USD126). You can get them at the Paragon or Emporium. They have 15% discount at the moment. You can get the 7% VAT refund as well on top. So it ends up at around USD100.
The best deal is if you have 30% discount coupon. I got mine for around 2940 baht (USD88). Good luck.

I thought the SW35 is comparable to Yonex AT700 (powerful but a bit lack of defence) whereas SW36 is similar to AT900 T (quite powerful with good defence)

I been using the SW35 for a few weeks with zymax 62 on 25lbs. It is like the AT700(2nd Gen) but very stiff. AT700 shaft is not as stiff. AT700 easier to generate power as it is not so stiff compared to SW35. But SW35 swings faster. My at700 belongs to my friend. That is the basis of my comparison.

huangxl, which one did you get? 3U or 4U?

Btw, do you know where can I find Pro-Kennex racquet in Thailand ? I'm looking for the Pro-Kennex nano HC2-9000 .

Re: Discount coupon. It was a long time ago promotion, I can't remember (September maybe?). It was only for Thais when we become a card member at the Paragon.
Re: Pro-Kennex. I don't see this brand available here as far as I know.
