I need advice on my new racquet.

I just bought myself a Carbonex 30 MS today, and need advice on applying the overgrip. I have a Yonex AC102EX Super Grap grip, should I slap it on the racquet with the plastic cover on the grip or should I take off the plastic cover and apply it to the actual stocked grip? Another question, if I DO apply the overgrip to the racquet with the plastic cover still intact, is there any good results from it?

short answer: you remove the plastic wrap as you put the grip on. This has already been answered before. Please use the search function.
