Armortec 700: Made in Japan with NZ in serial?!

    Hi considering buying a second-hand AT700 in New Zealand. The grip says 200446NZ but the shaft says Made in Japan.

    I would have thought if it was made in NZ as indicated by the serial the shaft shouldn't say Made in Japan.

    The NZ doesn't indicate where it was made.

    NZ indicates where it's going to go, I think.

    nz indicates where it's sold, i also have an NZ MP100, don't worry

    All legitimate top end Yonex is made in Japan, but are divided by the serial code to the countries they are distributed in.
