just for fun i decided to wonder on what the Z in arcsaber z stands for Here is my theory Z is the last letter of the english alphabet. As such, it can cary many meanings As the last of the arcsaber line (possibly) it could be the most powerful? Also, Z could mean Zeta from Z Gundam http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Z_Gundam Feel free to tell us ur own theories
It's a new beginning for the slim and narrow(er) ISO head. It may be the last alphabet, but just look at Z-Slash or ZS...there could be ZX, Z1, etc.
It depends.. (taken from wikipedia): "The name of the Semitic symbol was zayin, possibly meaning "weapon" , and was the seventh letter. It represented either z as in English and French, or possibly more like /dz/ (as in Italian zeta, zero)." ..that is certainly Greek.. "The Greek form of Z was a close copy of the Phoenician symbol I, and the Greek inscriptional form remained in this shape throughout ancient times. The Greeks called it Zeta, a new name made in imitation of Eta (η) and Theta (θ).
I thank you for the Greek lessen. I have not use these symbols for over 10 years since my grad school...
