My friend just told me to change to channel 187 (Comast, San Jose). They're replaying the old World Championships. I think it's men's doubles finals, but it's nice to see it on US tv for once.

Comcast 187. That is Universal Sports, isn't it? I thought that is a premium channel and I believe they showed some badminton matches during the 08 Olympics. I had Comcast at that time but couldn't locate the channel. Now, I am with Dish Networks and can't it on its listing

Btw, checked its website, http://www.universalsports.com. Under schedule, it has WC09 as On Demand for October. See if you can watch it.

Correction. Dish Networks does have Universal Sports. Only that my cheap-cheap package does not include it.

I have basic cable, just thought I'd point that out.

And Oct. 10 at 5pm, the WC09 will be shown on Channel 8 (comcast, san jose).

Hey, you are right. Just checked on tvguide.com and it is listed from 5-6pm.

Look like those guys at KTSF is getting serious. I noticed they had their own badminton tournament last weekend. See here, http://www.ktsf.com/en/general/badminton.html. I saw it when visiting BBC's website.

Looks like today is the last listing scheduled... =(

i hope i have this channel already.... cuz it says On Demand and I don't think I have On Demand.... but i have cable from comcast.

I don't have Comcast now, but I used to. I thought channel 1 or that red button goes to On Demand.
