    hey everybody
    want to hear if there is a certain amount of crosses when you string. I have searched and I have seen some who has 21 crosses and 23 crosses what is the best or most used amount?

    basicly the more crosses the more control but has a hard feel
    the less is more power
    most rackets have 18 mains and 20 crosses

    Are you serious, I believe majority of rackets have 22 mains & 22 crosses.

    It's usually 22x22 or 22x23

    Depend...
    For older string pattern (ex MP99, Cab20-35) they have 22x22 and some shop string them 22x23. For newer patter (ex AT800-ARCz) they have 22x21 and some shop string them at 22x22. Some people feel the gap is too big on the top for older pattern and string them with 22x24. So take your pick.

    Usually 1 or 2 more or less at the proper location should not really effect the performance. However, it may void the manufacture warranty, if you ever need to claim. So, make your own judgement. ;)
