I am going to Bangkok next week. Heard of FBT Gold shuttlecock and planning to get some for my group.
Do you have any website or information about it??I played with gang, their shuttlecock is great, last long and flying durability,I ask them where it get by,they told me it from Thailand, but I not sure their brand, just remember the sticker inside the birdie is RED colour... . Ahhen
maybe this will help: http://www.fbtsports.com/en/store/s...tPrice=0&KeyWords=shuttlecock&btSubmit=Submit i used to buy chaopai shuttles from bangkok but the shops at national stadium ('sanam suk') stop selling these shuttles. imho very durable and value for money. not sure if you still can get these in thailand http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47278&highlight=chaopai the locals players in saturn group if i recall correctly use RSL shuttles.. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1275586#post1275586
Thanks Sealman for providing FBT website. The FBT-5000 look interesting and cost 590THB (S$24.6). Will probably buy some for my group to try out. BTW, anyone tested Kumpoo Power Shot Nano 2300H(4U) racket. Please provide some feedback on the power, control and defence of this racket. Thanks.
Beside FBT,is there any brand so famous in THAILAND?? If I in Malaysia/KL,how I could get a tube FBT to test it??
Just tested FBT-5000 shuttlecock. This shuttlecock is make of duck feather in Thailand. The price is about S$23/tube and durability is average. IMO, not worth buying.
FBT isn't honest in badminton.Quietly so long ... long time. A lot of all choose RSL silver and ace. I think other brand in KL is better than FBT such as protech masterpiece or Pro ace and many more.
Thanks you miere4211.. .I had try before the shuttle you recommended, but almost not that good enough if compare to its price. Ahhen
Is it right? The cost of Red is about 370THB and Gold is about 470THB. People in the picture is owner of the brand Yimnex(red) and smash(gold). You can buy its at national sport stadium.
Don't believe until you try by yourself. You want to try a birdie from Thailand but i want to try some from malaysia. Huh.
I was in Sport marketing last month and the smash shuttlecock was out of stock. Can I know what feather are both brands(models) make of?
I think they are made of goose feathers (maybe somebody can confirm) The below is just my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. The best way is try them yourself. The best way of compare to the RSL silver. I usually use either RSL silver, Yonex AS10, Yimnex or Smashes for my club sessions. The quality of Yimnex (red one) is just slightly below RSL but the performance to price is very good compared to the RSL. But the Smashes brand is very good quality, on par with RSL and also more durable. Just my 2 cents.
