My BAG802AI from Japan
Have performed the search using the forum search engine before i dare putting up this new thread.
Just got my Yonex BAG902AI 6 racket bag. It is a JP version and my first JP version. Boy, i must say, really BIG difference between JP bags and other Yonex bags. "Evil empire" is rather Evil
So here's the photo review...
The package unwrapped - Got it for RMB790 nett.
The Bag's card with info on it:
The clothes and misc compartment side (with shoes from below)
The racket compartment side - with my 5 rackets (some in racket cloth bags)
The other view of the racket compartment. It comes with a zipped mesh pocket which i like it very much
Like its local version 9824 and 9826 the shoes compartment is from below, with a mini label says "shoes" -> Just like the Li Ning bag
There is 2 more extra small misc compartment on the outside of the clothes compartment side. Handy for wallets and handphones and grips, scissors.
Lastly the full body final view
Overall the bag could fit easily 8-9 rackets even though it is mentioned for 6 rackets.
The material is kinda "water proof" vest feel overall , hence it is not so easily get dirty as compared to linen materials.
The overall quality is fantastic, really no fight compared to the other coded Yonex bag (hence the "Evil" part i said)
Zip wise, all the zip are very smooth and effortless.
Conclusion i am very happy with this bag and very statisfied
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO LIKE WHITE COLOR BAG. A VERY WORTH BUY
Signing off.

Actually if you get it in Japan without discount, it is somewhere around 12,200 Yen (Almost RMB890!!!)
Consider i get it delivered to me to Beijing and at RMB790, it is cheaper d.
But of course it is much more ex than the other code's Yonex bag. But frankly, it is worth every penny of it as the quality and built is different.

To re-clarify, this bag is used by male pros and quite a few men like me in Beijing as well..
Rather than "feminine", i would say it is a "feminine magnet"
hahahahah

tckang,
wow, that's one heckuva wicked yy bag! i reckon you've also posted LN bags in other threads...the red one (also, with the SHOES label for 'specificity', otherwise some may be clueless as to its intended purpose), how would you compare them? practically the same?
may i know what's the main difference between the jp and sp (colour scheme exclusivity)? is it twn made or a bonafide japnese make?
cheers,
MetalOrange
p.s. female magnet huh? you got the power!

My BAG802AI Survives Rain Wash!!!
Hell of a Friday evening.....
Was getting ready to go for my regular night session and temperature drops to 6DegC and there is rain
Decided to catch a cab, but no taxis is available after waiting in the rain for like 15 minutes. Frustrated, decided to walk to the court which is a 30 minutes walk from my apartment.
Upon reaching, my Adidas windbreaker is completely soaked, so is my Nike Dry Fit Track Bottom...To my surprise, my new BAG802AI is only wet on the outside. When i unzip both comprtments, surprise surprise, there is not a single droplets of rain inside my beloved bag
Conclusion: This JP BAG802AI is Water Proof!
Personal Exp : under medium rain pour (totally uncovered by umbrella or anything) for 45 minutes continuously. Not a single water breakthorugh into the bag.
I am really surprised, and well satisfied.

You mean our well respected Mr Oldhand's post on Li Ning's Bag?

http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...t=Li+Ning+Bags
I have seen and "touch" the Li Ning 6 rackets and 9 rackets bags personally even though i did not own them. The material used is different from my BAG802AI. Design wise it is very futuristic to me. But the only one thing i don't like about the Li Ning bag is that length wise it is not as lengthy as YY bags. This is especially noticeable if you have long rackets like Zelm Trixon 8. I had a har time putting it into my Li Ning 3 racket bag that comes free with my N55 purchase.
As for the difference between JP and SP bag? Color scheme actually are the same, unless the "EX" suffix edition which is exclusive only to JP (meaning SP don't have). Other than that color wise both SP and JP are the same. But if you are talking on user friendliness, quality, built material, and "extra" surprises thrown in, JP is well ahead of SP bags.
Where is BAG802AI manufactured??? Surprise surprise, it is Made in China. Fake? I doubt it as in the original Yonex Japan website, this bag is clearly mentioned by Yonex JP it is manufactured in China.
Conclusion ? Under YY Japan strict QC policy, China does able to manufacture super high quaility product for the Japanese market. (Just like Toyota, Honda cars manufactured outside Japan)
Some JP bags are manufactured in China while some JP models are manufactuered in Japan. How they divide , i really don't know.
