    Hello,

Before a match starts both you and your partner would hop on half court and do a bit of knock around, like the pros do before their match.

is there a specific name for the knock around?

what sort of shots would you carry out? e.g. drops > drives > clears and so on

    Thanks

    Warm up techniques

Personally, my partner and I would start with a few fast drives, maybe a small game of bingo, than drop shots (up and back, both players), clears and than smashes (up and back, both players). If you still have time, net shots and if you have even more time, get your legs warmed up by having rallies. It also all depends on how long you warm up each shot. The lonegr you take on one, the least chance you'll have with the others. =P

Drives -> Drop shots (up and back) -> Clears -> Smash/half smash (up and back) -> net shots -> rally/bingo
