Wristband location?

    Ok, this might seem like a dumb question but where are really suppose to but the wrist band? I hear wrist, elbow etc etc

    wrist band = wrist :p

    but some people will put the wrist band up near the elbow, depends on your own preference :D

    wow this is more of a personal prefence to me .. some like it on wrist, some shoulder .......:)

    personal preference, wrist. your forearm still perspire if you put higher up & defeat the purpose. :D
