Played another 4 hours since the last time...still no notching or fraying yet...very impressed with the string. I still find the tension pleasantly playable. May restring next week @ about the 20 hours of play, just to feel how much tension has been lost. What about your findings, LD rules? Like it...love it...or it's like .. ok?

Has anyone tried AP101N? Was surprised it cost almost as much as Nanogy98 here in Singapore.

Just restrung my victor superwaves 31 and powerwaves 11 with AP 62 both at 24lbs and 25 lbs.
When i first got the racket, i tried pressing down the strings with both my thumbs,
it could barely move an inch(or not that much compared to now.)
However after 7 days of leaving aside and of course only a few sessions of hardcore playing,
i checked using the same method before.
I was shocked that now, i could bend the strings out of the frame much more than before.
Although i do not have any professional knowledge on stringing,
but i think that the tension has dropped alot.
Anyone had the same experience before or is it common with a 0.62 mm string?
Before, when i was using BG 80,
i have not encountered such a problem.

I play 4 hours a week with plastic birds, and for that the A101N is better. The A62 is ok for a few sessions with plastic birds, then its tension drops...guess it's the thinness, but it's great for feather birds.

Hi Chilli, wondering what to do when a racket's tension is getting low for a player...
A) Attempt to break it by doing hardcore smashing drills
B)Play as normal
C)Cut it
I kinda regretter stringing both my rackets with ap 62 due to curiosity,
although it may feel kinda good at the start when the string is still fresh,
but it is not too durable IMO.
Thus, i better stick with BG-80
