that really depends on your level.... if you are an advanced palyer comfortable with hi end rackets then : at700, at900p and maybe arcz.
thanks for that im very intregued about the N90 wish i could try one out before possibly buying one, but i dont think there's much chance in that im in London England :s
personally have ns9000s, at700 first gen, ti10 first gen but surprisingly hardest smash is with the ns9000s so it really depends how comfortable you are with the racket.
give a ti-10 a check. It's the most popular yonex racket after cab20. It is at 3rd generation now. Rackets don't last this long unless it can sell. It's not super expensive either.
I am afraid you do not get li ning rackets in the UK yet hopefully li ning will bring their brand to Europe in 2010 You might want to try At700 At900t/p they are similar to N90 Although at700 is more simillar
Well i say its the Ti- 10 first gen. Who is right? In reality, i find the NS9000X to be a really powerful racket. Getting its true power takes a lot of work for me, but when i do, it can hit Harder than an AT900P/T. Mind you, this happening is like 1 out of every 30 ish smashes i have attempted with the X
I know exactly what you mean. I've been playing with the ZELM PP9990 and the Trixon8. I personally feel the PP9990 has a better "max" power but the T8 is easier to get a good enough smash. I am using the T8 a lot more now because I prefer the balance. They both are very good for "smashing" but it really depends on what "best" means. If it's about max power, the 9990 wins. If it's about effort vs good enough return, I feel the T8 is better.
@weeyeh i am looking forward for your review in comparing Zelm Trixon8 Vs PP9990 Vs PP10000 hehehehehe.... right now i have only tried Trixon 8, i feel it is a lil bit heavy on its head. i am more towards power player, but uncomfortable using head heavy racket... i am more towards medium head heaviness not too light also. For best smashing racket i vote for Woven 16
with the flatter head beam of arc zs, it really does toughens the smashes. thus arc zs for me is the best smashing racquet. iconic cab 20 is the best oval shaped smashing racquet. that's personal assessment.
The PP9990 is not as head heavy as the Trixon8 and the power is good. I seem to get more outright power from the PP9990 but this could be due to the tension instead.
