well, the MP100 is Head Heavier and stiffer imo. It also is more powerful, but not by much.

It would help if you kinda of described your style of play.

dont forget that the mp99 was released AFTER mp100,
mp99 is better for singles imo.

but id seriously recommend not getting either of those rackets,
there are plenty of much better rackets out there.

The racket ultimately comes down to your own decision and preference.
I know loads of good rackets that I believe were better then the MP 99 / MP 100, but others find that the MP is better.
I ended up using an MP-99 for around 3 years, then I switched to the apacs and sotx series and i'd personally say that
1 - they are much nicer to use (for me)
2 - they are a bit cheaper. (now at least)
The nanospeed 9000x is head light, therefore you may run into a few problems getting extra clearing and smashing power out of it, but it is an awesome racket if you are very good in generating power and flexing the racket whilst having alot of stamina to accompany it.
I havent properly tested out (for long enough at least) an AT900 p, although it is LCWs racket of choice :p.

Ask if you can test out any rackets from others?
also, have you considered brands outside Yonex?

I can't exactly recommend a dead set racket for you because while I may feel the MP 99 is ok, you on the other hand may the find MP 99 an awesome racket :p.

currently im sticking along with Yonex probably Yonexman is probably gonna high five me right now. @ Xushi ive tried the most of the Rackets ive mentioned but i didnt really like the MP99 and ive heard and read about the MP99 hard to get used to since i only used it for like 3 minutes. the other rackets are just a blast to use the MP100 was amazing with clears and powershots, the NSk9X was pretty good just need 15 more minutes to use then it wouldve been good :D tnx for others who've replied :D

I'm not too sure about them because when I first bought the MP 99, it didn't feel too weird, so IMO i dont think you should risk that relying on the opinions of other users if the MP 100 feels good for you.
Have you considered using Dink's racket review?

    Final notes -
I remember someone saying somthing like
"feel the force, dont force the feel"
