Can't really seem to find any info on th eforums about this..

What do they cover on the 6 month warranty? (btw i'm talking about Canadian Racquets.)
Over what string tension is the warranty void?

Yonex Canada warranties against defects but not impacts in doubles, overstringing, or if the break occurs where you have a significant chip in the frame. The warranty states only stringing up to the reccomended tension on the side of the racket but you can get away with 22-23 lbs.

doubt on the replacement with stringing over the recommendation. I had 2 Ti-7's break strung at 24lbs and they wouldn't replace either of them because I strung too tight. Don't know if this goes with anyone else but that's just my experience.

how do they check on how much tension you strung your racquet? Also how do they know if the racquet broke because of clash? If they only warranty defect, what is the definition of defect?

What determines a defect is completely Yonex's discretion. The damaged racquet is sent to Calgary (for Canadian claims) and they inspect the racquet and decide whether they will replace it or not.

Having said that, I found what appeared to be a slight internal crack on one of my MP100s, and they did replace it.

I still think the idea of a manufacture defect is so subjective. i.e. if there is a crack in my racquet frame, supposedly after a really hard hit, the crack is aggravated and the frame breaks, it could look the same as a collision break.
