The spec for Kason Carvel is:

    Weight: 77 + /-2g
    Length: 675 + /-1mm
    Grip Size: G4
    Balance point :285-295mm
    Shaft Flex :8.5-9.5
    Recommended Tension :18-20LBS
    Recommended Maximum tension: 22LBS

Tension can go way higher than what is recommended!!

I would say the balance states that racket is even to head heavy balance.
    8.5-9.5 stiffness means medium-stiff.

Kason Carvel is a solid light weight racket I've ever tried. I wouldn't recommend putting higher than 25lbs for this racket tho. Once, I restring it with 25-27lbs and the racket head cracked from miss hit when I was smashing. It never happened before when I was using lower tension.
Kason Carvel has medium stiffness and more of a head light than head heavy, but it can generate quite power if used correctly (wrist power) and has a very solid feeling when hitting the birdie.

Yes you are right, racket is head light.
Dinkalot gave the racket as an overall Excellent -. He highly recommends it due to it being light weight and an all-rounder racket. Great bang for buck.

kason makes lots of ultra light weight rackets, any of them is good for all around players.
Carvel, Swift, Excel, Lepton, Agile, Speedy.....are all ultra-light rackets.

25 lbs tension is the highest recommended tension.
I use 26x28lbs and have broken quite a few.
