    For this shaft serial the cone code should at least start with 22 yes, other than that you will have to inspect from the racket's features/details.

    I am kinda worried about the SP part, a shop in hongkong with SP shaft.. (I know demolidor would bash me saying many shops in Hongkong import SP code racket )

    "next to ladies market area" looks pretty shady for me lol..
    asked him the exact name of the shop
    r u saying that SP code is not mean for HK market?actually, i ask for the extra RM65 to round it at rm450 since he reluctant to sell. but he don't play with that racket so i keep push him to sell it to me . RM65 is just to cover his losses and friendly courtesy..unfortunately, the original receipt was missing and now i have to base on trust.

    demolidor bro, yes i do think so it's original....hope i will make a good decision to buy from him, as the condition is 10/10...and tear off the sticker once for all

    SP code (Singapore distribution area) usually is for south east Asia market (Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia) but many shops import it (like MBS in Hongkong, or MJstring in Canada) because it is cheaper
    but since SP code is the largest Yonex target market, many fake maker also use this code

    oh ok, that explain the RM65

    the main part that makes me curious is "next to the ladies market"
    if my memory serves me correct, there is one fake that also "next to the ladies market" (I might be wrong though..)

    and also, 990 HKD (RM 385) is a pretty good price for NS9900 (or should I say too good?) in Indonesia, you need to pay almost double of it (RM 700)

    got this from
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...ysia-Singapore)

    retail:
    AT900t = RM849.90
    NS9900 = RM929.90

    both 25% off
    AT900t = RM637
    NS9900 = RM697
    (racket only)
    general rule of thumb, if you doubt it's real, don't buy it
    if the price too good to be true, don't buy it

    I think SP nowadays is meant for Hong Kong as well. HK code used to be distributed by Sunrise as well and Hong Kong is still in the distribution area for Sunrise. I haven't seen a HK code for years now so I can only assume it has been replaced by the SP's(?) ....

    I think except the countries listed here with their own distributors, Sunrise handles the rest of Asia: http://www.yonex.com/shop/asia.html There was a little list of countries mentioned in the forum somewhere ...

    Based on the shaft-cone number combination it should be fine

    For a US one I'd call it cheap even, you'd probably have some warranty period left(?) ...
